 Indiana Notary and Mobile Loan Signing |

I am a Southern Indiana Notary Public and Mobile Loan Signing Agent, bound by the laws of the State of Indiana. A Notary Public is not a legal representative of either the lender or borrower and therefore cannot or will not render legal advice, nor render any opinion of the loan or its terms during the loan signing. Lenders rely on the Notary Public/Loan Signing Agent to secure the necessary signatures and notarizations required, of the borrowers, on the loan documents at a time and place convenient for the borrower. My duty as a Notary Public is to identify certain documents in the loan package and to secure proper signatures on said documents, but not to explain what said documents mean, which is the responsibility of the lender/originator of the loan package. The Notary Public is to identify each document to be initialed, signed and notarized. NO back dating of documents, back dating is illegal. *It is necessary that each signer be physically present with their respective, identification with a photograph. It is also necessary that each signer have a copy of their identification for the Notary Public to include with the lender documents. Acceptable Forms of Identification: Please note: Social Security Cards, Birth Certificates & Credit Cards are not acceptable forms of identification. |
